We pride ourselves on producing quallity precast concrete products and the QC Tech is responsible for ensuring that our standards are met or exceeded.
As a QC Tech, you will test precast concrete products across the three stages of production (before, in-process, and final).
Qualified candidates will receive thorough training with the opportunity to receive industry certifications specific to the QC Tech role.

210 Durham Road, Ottsville PA 18942 General Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and maintain inspection reports Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications Maintain calibration of quality control equipment Perform inspections across all stages of production Prepare and maintain test data for review Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly Communicate quality or compliance concerns to your supervisor with urgency Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions ACI (American Concrete Institute) Certified, Level 1 and NPCA (National Precast Concrete Assoc) PQS Training preferred.

Understanding of concrete test equipment, or willingness to learn Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints Mature and self-motivated Able to multitask with little supervision Open to cross training Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent 2-3 years of Precast concrete experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time Exposure to fluctuating weather conditions Bending or stooping Ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds
