Perform general repairs that may include, but are not limited to, repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors, lights, locks, windows, screens, floors, gutters, and drains.
Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, window and door replacement, intermediate plumbing and electrical work.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, kitchen and laundry appliances, and related systems.
Qualifications:

years of experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass an MVR check Must have a modern smartphone to complete daily work tickets via mobile device Must own tools for the job (basic hand tools required) Independent thinker and troubleshooter Able to read and understand written instructions in English PI226919974 Recommended Skills Carpentry Hvac Maintenance Painting Plumbing Transportation Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
